oh i was just gonna make it out of cobble, or rather dig it out of solid rock. If we had admin support though then we could build it out of bedrock. If not then I'll do it out of stone and then we can just slowly replace it all with obsidian eventually.
we should probably pre-design the maze section so it is actually hard to get out of. We could also just put a 20-thick cube of obsidian with 20 iron doors in it and a switch on the outside like raiden mentioned. I like the idea of a maze with pitfalls and traps and things though.
whatever we do, it needs to be like, less than a minute to get out of once you know the trick. because i'll be damned if i fall into lava under spawn while im digging my canal and then lose all my shit because i couldnt get out of spawn

Yeah, I'd say instead of making a big pointless maze around the spawn (anyone who wanted to cause mischief would just do it after they got out), start being a bit more restrictive about who we give the IP to in the first place. There's dozens of goddamn folks that play on that server, and I'll be damned if most of them are regular posters.
It would probably be easier just to ban the SOB.
Anyways Apricot, Ultimakay and I are discussing what to do.
No one is allowed to give out the IP to anyone anymore until we get this solved.
We're kind of waiting on Bill to get back to us so we can try to get a rollback and a list of server logs so we can find out who was online at the time.
