Step 1: http://east.paxsite.com/bcec_map_2011.pdf

Step 2: Note on Level 2, the "To Hotel" Skybridge. To the south of it, inside the center.

Step 3: Synchronize clocks.

Step 4: Sunday, March 13. Noon.
