Name this puppy (Obligatory pic included) [CHOSEN; more cuteness added]

My parents decided to get a new puppy. A small chocolate lab. They need a name. So far they have Chestnut and Bunny (as in Chocolate Bunny).

    A solid name with hard consonants you can call really loudly

    Something that has a lot of shortened nicknames that you can repeat and cutsie voices is a plus too!

    Annabel? --> Ann, Anna, Annie, Bell, Bella, Annabooboo, Bellaliscious, Annabannabanana to name a few

    I can give you the names of my chocolate bunnies (well one is a broken but she still has brown on her!)

    Kit Kat - Often shortend to Kit

    Hershey - Again gets shornted to Hersh

    Mars - She get lengthened to Marses, or Mars Bar.

    I tend to gravitate towards using human names for my pets (my current cat is named Gracie and we had a black lab named Jake).

    My suggestions are Sophie, Layla, Lucy or Phoebe

    I always think Female dogs should have a human girl name like Abbie or Lucy. Male dogs should not have human names, something like Cosmonaught(Cosmo) or Kicker.

    So, what is it, Boy or Girl?

    Thank you all for the name suggestions. They were passed on and considered, but my parents ultimately went with Molly, named for the Unsinkable Molly Brown. Get it? *groan*
