I get to 10% CDR between my runes and masteries. Skill order is Q, E, then R > W > E > Q. I start with a meki pendant, turn it into a tear, get boots, get CDR boots, get glacial shroud, and I now have max CDR. From there I make a manamune, sheen, triforce, then finally I upgrade glacial shroud into frozen heart and fill the remaining 2 slots with AD items like infinity edge and sometimes bloodrazor if they have high health dudes.
Can I do this better or more efficiently though? Like getting 5% less CDR from runes and masteries so the extra 5% on frozen heart isn't wasted, or getting a different combination of CDR items like shurelia's instead of glacial shroud, although I would miss the armor and the extra mana beefing up blitz's mana shield. On the other hand shurelia's ability would be hilarious on a constantly overdriving blitzcrank too...
or wait I could get ghostblade, shurelia's and some other type of boots for maximum activated movespeed fun!
What about if they enter single file?

I pack Clairvoyance so I can pop that pillar of light down on you every time you find one of my cleverly-hidden mushrooms, to make you feel like a star!
What it comes down to for me, though, is that AD Blitz is pretty gimmicky. You're not playing to his strengths at all (feeding his teammates, never dying ever) and you can't really get any damage beyond a Sheen and a Manamune without severely gimping Blitz's tankiness/manastackingness. I would build him something like this, maybe with a Black Cleaver or Youmuu's as your final item if the enemy team isn't putting up much of a fight.
Hold out for Rumble if you want to be a damage-dealing robot!
less level 1 fights, harder to counter-jungle, remembering and being good at warding is more important and so on

wit's end early on is like a finished MBR with mana burn. 1 ult = 200 mana gone. you might want to sell it off late game though, and get a BV/fon.
yeah after playing around with this in a few games it just doesn't work as well as blitztank.
Another thing is that I am a huge fan of the 3v3 map and despise the 5v5 map, thus opposite of everyone I know, so I can't get friends to play with me.
I roll with Warwick, Blitz, Nasus, and Katarina.
yeah I don't think I've heard anyone else around here say they prefer twisted treeline to summoner's rift.
