    Sorry Burtletoy. It's a fucking shame of a way to end a lost season.

    Hope the Caps take the Bolts as seriously as they took the Rangers. It's awfully easy to overlook Tampa Bay.

    I am actually surprised Montreal sent the game into overtime when you consider the fact that, outside of their powerplay, they played the 3rd period as though they were up a goal and not behind by one.

    Lightning/Caps starts Friday, Bruins/Flyers starts Saturday. CBC carries Bruins/Flyers except for game 2 for whatever reason. And they have game 2 of Lightning/Caps. Obviously they'll carry Vancouver/Nashville in its entirety.

    And no homer announcers for Wings/Sharks in games 2, 4, and 5. Have to deal with Emrick, Olcyzk, and Maguire's moronic asses.

    Sharks didn't beat the Wings at all last year, then beat them in five. Phoenix handled the Wings in the regular season this year...

    Regular season doesn't matter. Probably more so with veteran teams who frankly don't give a shit during the regular season, frustrating me to no end.

    I wish the regular season mattered more. What does number 1 seed mean when this years eighth seed probably could have beaten seeds 4 through 7?

    (well, aside for meaning more dramw). Hopefully round 2 is easier on my poor heart.
