I'm so glad Brink got pushed up a week. Having 3 games that I want to play all drop on the same week was going to kill me.
Still have to figure out if I'm going to pick up and play LA Noire first before diving into the Witcher 2. All the while I'll probably be dumping many hours into Brinks MP with you all.

Well two weeks to go. The good news is that if I get the game on release day (which is not a certainty) I'll be able to play it for a bit on Friday night and I finish work at 4pm on Saturday so I can play Saturday night (hopefully it'll come on Sat at the latest) and all through Sunday. Also means I'll be able to get drunk!

I'm a huge fan of the body type styles. Very sculpture-y looking.
Also I like how even though Security is a bit less flashy, they manage to have a shitload of possible "police-ish" options for outfits. I totally want to just be like, a light rent-a-cop. Worst day on the job this year, dudes.

I guess there is clown face paint, and there are some stupid looking pants, but I don't think Brink is aiming to be a juggalo game, haha..
I think the masks we have seen all look cool, even the weirdo "Eel" one that looks like a spider's face full of eyes.
The Security team on the tram, headed to the Aquarium, in the latest gameplay footage (from the mg247 thing) look like mall cops or campus security and I love it, haha.

So a question, mostly directed at That_Guy (since he has the most experience) but anyone feel free to jump in: I am going to get a server set up for Brink, and the fact that there isn't just one partner (a la GameServers for BLOPS) I'm wondering if there are certain companies that are just better than others with hosting, and ones I should avoid all together?

If you do get a server, and this applies to everyone, please PM me your server details and I'll gladly post that info into the OP.
Also keep in mind that since Brink's servers are freely available (unlike most big AAA PC shooters these days), you don't HAVE to go through a game server hosting company. If you've got a decent PC connected somewhere with a beefy (non-residential) connection, that will probably be sufficient to run a Brink server.
Fellow BLOPSers, will you be Brinking it up on the 360 or PC?

I'm not preordering this, there just isn't enough incentive (Read: Free shit & Discounts) to make me want to. Oooh a free mask or hat? Everyone and their brother is going to have it and its quickly going to be tossed under the bus when they unlock new stuff.
I'll just wait till a week before it drops and check out KMART's weekly deals and get $10-$15 back when I buy it.
