I dunno. Everybody else seems to have their own sets of enemies and frienemies in these games. I just don't want to be left out. Also, you have that whole "too evil" thing going and I plan to counteract that. For great justice.

Also, I am assuming that the comic in question is the sponsor of this site, so I am all for reading and repeating them as often as possible. It's the mantra before I post for good luck. I am too lazy to double check with such a bad memory though. 8-)
Death Comes To Town
"Cows? You've gotta be fucking kidding me with this shit." LeRoi waved a hand in front of his face as he exited the cruiser. "Fuckin' smells like shit out here."
"You didn't know Traymaner had a slice of land?" Valdez checked his sidearm before joining his partner. "Won it in some poker game. Never shuts the fuck up about it. How he's raising real honest-to-goodness beef to sell. Seriously, it's all he ever talks about."
The two Sheriff's Deputies tromped across the dry cracked earth around the barn. Way out here in the boonies it was still possible to get a bit of rain outside the monsoon season, but the summer had been too hot even this close to the mountains. The sun was barely up and LeRoi was already sweating through his shirt. Valdez didn't seem to feel the heat, but being 10 years younger and eighty pounds lighter had its advantages. As the pair rounded the barn, they came upon what The Network liked to call "a scene of carnage". Two bodies, one in brown coveralls stained with massive amounts of blood, lying face-up in the dirt with a sword sticking out of its chest. The other in dark street clothes, face-down covered in hardly any blood at all.
Well, technically face-down, as the actual face (and the head it was attached to) was a further three feet away, lying on its side.
"Doesn't look like he's gonna talk much about it now," LeRoi said with a sigh. "Traymaner with a fuckin' sword stickin' out of his chest. Which, I'm gonna guess belongs to ol' headless here, what with all his fuckin' Yak tats."
"If it's a hit, LeRoi - how come the hitter's dead? Somebody comes to whack Traymaner, and then somebody else cuts the Yak's head off with... what - a goddamned laser? There's a damn hole cut right through the wall!"
"I don't know, and I don't care. We call this shit in right now. Keel's gotta hear about this." LeRoi turned back the way they came, towards the SkyCruiser.
"No, wait. I've got an idea."
LeRoi stopped. "Yeah?"
Valdez fired his pistol three times. LeRoi toppled over.
"This'll be the perfect distra-"
The slug that dissolved the top two thirds of Valdez's face into a fine red mist had been moving so fast that Valdez never heard it. The assassin was gone hours before the second SkyCruiser came rolling across the farmland.

Deputy Traymaner - stabbed with a katana
Inoue Sachio - decapitated by laser
Deputy LeRoi - betrayed and shot in the chest
Deputy Valdez - sniped by a high-powered rifle
