Yeah yakiniku (korean bbq) restaurants here always have all-you-can-eat deals, but I usually just eat meatmeatmeat and don't touch rice or whatever.
The little dishes of beansprouts/carrot etc (namplu in Japanese I think, but dunno Korean) are really nice but not as good as meatmeatmeat.

they'd bring as much of the little korean pickled side dishes as we wanted. and it was a lot of meat per order (we finished it, but had to kind of stretch there at the end).
i have a lot of appreciation for korean food. it doesn't seem to have quite the range of chinese - the koreans really double down on the red bean/ sweet red chili/ garlic/ sesame/ vinegar, but to their credit it is pretty great.
