Anyone want to spoil the show for those that aren't going to be able to go? I am really curious how it went down. I tried to do the twitter thing to get guest-listed, but probably not going to happen.

mike g is good but i see him as more in the realm of freddie gibbs/big krit/pill/etc as a critically/internet beloved rapper who struggles to break through to a bigger audience because so many people want their rappers to have a 'thing' or do some pop crossover shit with bruno mars anymore
plus he doesn't tour with them
hey man big krit is great
big krit is amazing but i still don't see him breaking out
i went through this two years ago with gibbs, i'm not getting my hopes up for a guy who is just a very good rapper without big cosigns or pop sensibilities to hit it big
gibbs signed to young jeezy's label so he's hopefully in a place where he can break out now. i think jeezy is just he most boring and bland rapper ever with literally zero charm at all to his music but the dude is popular.
with OF, i think i've played Ali more then any of the other of records. i love mike g's delivery and flow.
i didn't know that about gibbs, that's cool. jeezy has his moments (i like a bunch of stuff off of 'the recession'), but yeah i don't exactly reach for him on a daily basis.
this is the song that introduced me to both gibbs and pill, and it remains maybe my favorite for both (though obviously trap goin ham is ridiculously good). for a while there was a rumor that they were working on an album or tape together, but that doesn't seem to have ever happened.
a bday party invitation i once got included a line about how any dude needed to arrive to the club with at least one girl or they would be denied admission
that was the moment that i truly understood how douchey fancy clubs are
there's going to be a listening party for goblin here in miami tomorrow
but for some inane reason it's 21+ for guys and 18+ for women
hahahaha seriously? do clubs do this often?
Yeah, they do. This is the third time this has happened to me.
It makes perfect sense from a profit maximizing perspective but damn. It doesn't feel good to be excluded twice.
analog is maybe my favorite tyler production yet. i love she as well, and there are a few other tracks on here that have really struck me. i need more time with it, though.
as a whole it's, uh, a little bloated

agreed. I like the production on Analog but the chorus is so similar to VCR that it made me kind of

gibbs doesn't have the lyrical complexity of rakim but his flow is so similar. i just love listening to the dude.
here's the newest gibbs with jeezy btw

this is a really issue for me because I end up humming "gary indiana, gary indiana" and then I remember it is the murder capital of the united states

this song is disgusting

Holy balls....this is siiiiiiiiiiick.
But then at one point he left the stage and came back with Bun B and they freestyled and I flipped the fuck out.
Best show I've ever been to, hands down, nothing else even comes close.
yeah nevermind
hahahaha seriously? do clubs do this often?
that is so overtly douchey

enjoy your date rape
Yeah, like I said, he's doing crazier shit each night, I wish I had loads of money and could go to every show on the tour.
Next tour...next time...
is he worth seeing...?
Gonna be dope
I think it's pretty good but not the greatest. WOLF sure is going go be interesting that's for sure.
So far She is my favorite track that isn't Yonkers or Sandwitches
as a whole it's, uh, a little bloated

her album was so hugely disappointing after all the amazing guest verses. too pop.
super bass is ok (it's on the half of the album i didn't delete) but it just doesn't do that much for me
i was all about this until the chorus dropped
bleh
also, while niki minaj is ridiculously attractive, the concept of butt implants weirds me out a lot
but there are moments where nicki just shines
and damn
also pretty really hot yeah

(aka the best verse on the entire fucking album)
