Buffy peaks in season 3. It's one of my favourite seasons of television in general. The seasons to follow each have one or two absolutely fantastic episodes: Once More With Feeling, The Body, Hush, and This Year's Girl (if only because it has the most emotional moment of the series for me, right at the end of the third act); but the show definitely begins a slow -- and then abruptly steep in season 6 -- decline.

I guess there's a place in China where they fry a fish while it's still alive in a method that allows it survive the process. It's not an especially popular meal or anything but the Chinese media through a fit before the Olympics when westerners had a negative reaction to the viral video of the fish with its entire midsection fried being eaten alive piece by piece gasping for air.
