Posts
cj iwakura misses a second turn, putting him in position for elimination. Rules that applied to MooseHatIV leaving the game also apply to cj iwakura: The player position of cj iwakura is now considered vacant and may be filled by any interested party via the submission of a set of five cards to be added to the remaining deck of cards. If the position is not filled by the start of what would be cj iwakura's next turn (currently Turn 39), then his current hand will be returned, unrevealed, to the deck and shuffled. "Tax Evasion" will also remain in play until this time. Alternatively, cj iwakura may reclaim his player position if he checks in before the start of his next turn and no other prospective player has claimed the spot first.
Moving on, FecklessRogue chooses to take the path of silence, and will lose 50 points for each post made that does not include a card play. On his turn, he discovers a small band of vicious Mongooses, who are more than eager to attack the players. I've made the outcome rolls, starting with FecklessRogue. FecklessRogue, discoverer of the mongoose colony, believes himself to be their prophet, but discovers that Farangu has been chosen by the mongooses instead (his roll comes after FecklessRogue's and there can be only one Mongoose Prophet). The other players scatter to the winds, with LemmingHead and simonwolf successfully escaping, but Matev less so. He is mauled to death, losing 500 points to the mongooses, and paying FecklessRogue 25 points as a ferry fee. (Those mongooses certainly are monster slayers...)

Matev decides that FecklessRogue isn't being generous enough, and places a curse on him compelling generosity to others. LemmingHead tries to find inner peace and takes the other players' points, including non-standard points, upon herself. Though she would like only to take the karma from the points, without motivation, they are nothing - and they crumble into dust. ("Absorb" is a term that I interpret as being along the same lines as "take", in this case.) Its effects spent, "feel at peace with the world." is discarded. LemmingHead draws a card to end her turn.
As it is the start of simonwolf's next turn, the end of the first phase of "Mr. Squiggle" ends. Matev and LemmingHead, (as well as the absent cj iwakura,) for having failed to submit a picture, are sent to the moon for the rest of their (un)lives and their blank cards are confiscated by the host. (You do have to give back those cards, drawing on them or not.) simonwolf, Farangu, and FecklessRogue each draw one card drawn by the others', and must play that card with title and effects within the next two rounds. LemmingHead fails to play her card in time, skipping her turn. simonwolf's uncontrollable vomiting causes him to miss his turn as well as fail to complete the conditions of "Mr. Squiggle". As punishment, he is sent to the moon to join LemmingHead and Matev. At least his vomiting has stopped, and "MOUUULPH" is discarded.
Farangu takes his turn to make FecklessRogue an arsonist. But in order to carry out his plans, FecklessRogue must choose another player to be an accomplice, and then the two must mutually agree on cards that they will destroy. A total of three cards may be discarded from play, and the selections need not be simultaneous. Please make sure that you make yourself clear when you decide what cards to destroy - use bold or color as an indication. Farangu draws a card to end his turn.

FecklessRogue chooses Farangu to be his accomplice in attempting arson. What will come out of this partnership? Meanwhile, FecklessRogue's generosity streak continues, and he makes Farangu richest duck in the world, giving Farangu 100 points to boot. The title is immediately exchanged to LemmingHead; if a new leader in the points race comes about, the title will shift once again. FecklessRogue draws a card to end his turn.
Meanwhile LemmingHead has decided to resign from the game, opening up another spot. I'll leave her status as is until what would be the start of her turn after next, so that in case anybody wishes to join, they may choose to take up her game status completely.
