I liked the song Through The Fire and Flames by Dragonforce. I know it's a terrible band, but the guitar is so flipping fast and the second half of the song is basically 50 guitar solos crammed into one, some of them actually a hell of a lot of fun to listen to at times.

I like Dragonforce. I don't think I could listen through an entire 14 tracks of them, but if they come up randomly on my iPod I don't switch songs. Honestly metal purists bug me a lot more than people who enjoy silly fun music now and then.
A night at the Roxbury. I actually watched it with my girlfriend last week who had never seen it before. Though not as good as I remember, I still love it's cheesy dance club soundtrack (Ace of Base, fuck yeah!) and I couldn't stop laughing when Will Ferell did his ambulance sounds in the bedroom.

Also, Bridezillas. Seriously. It's a show that just must be watched. If you happen to land your remote on it, you will watch it. And then they do full marathons, and your entire day is wasted watching crazy bitches ruin peoples lives, all over their weddings. Delicious.
The show Hoarders: Buried Alive is a guilty pleasure of mine because it makes me feel super well adjusted. I watched a marathon the Saturday before last with my roommate, and it was just a constant affirmation that we were normal. It's watching crazy people though, so...yeah, guilty pleasure.
nexus and I are pretty into what we refer to as "misery night" on A&E (Monday between 8pm and midnight)-- he mentioned it but I figured I should clarify
I am absolutely enthralled with Hoarders and Intervention because I am a horrible person who likes to make myself feel better by thinking "welp, even when my life was a disaster it wasn't anywhere near this level of catastrophe" and I certainly OUGHT to feel guilty about being this horrible even if I don't. I think this past week's episode with the freaky food-hoarder is the first time I've almost thrown up while watching a television show.
other guilty pleasures:
I buy stuffed animals because I like them and they're cute. I'm 27 and have no children nor desire for children. I typically don't buy them because they are ironic (other than the opossum because seriously, who makes stuffed opossum toys? webkinz, apparently) but I have to move them out of the living room if people who won't "get it" are coming over because seriously who keeps stuffed animals on their couch if they don't have nor want kids?
toys and action figures-- I buy some of these too, though they are usually more understandable, fandom things, etc. The guilty pleasure with those is mostly in the degree of specialized geekery (things like Venture Brothers, which makes sense to the PA crowd but makes no sense to, say, people like my dad) some of them I also view as art studies, since I am a sculptor and I would love to be a toy designer.
The worst one, though, I think: I adore the Monster High dolls from Mattel. They're campy and ridiculous and I'm sure there's a womens' advocacy group out there that are railing against how skinny they are and how they're destroying the body image of girls the world over, but I think they're amazing.
Let's see...I've probably seen A Knight's Tale like 300 times. I don't know why, I just love that damned movie.
Thinking about it, around half my day is dedicated to guilty pleasures. I'm weeaboo as fuck, so that's bad enough, but I also have very low standards for what I'll read/watch/play. The fact that I'm a writer myself just makes it worse, I think.
A Knights Tale is great. It's the movie that introduced me to both Heath Ledger and Paul Bettany. And I'm a total sucker for movies that mix different eras together, I mean in my opinion it is awesome when the crowd starts singing "we will rock you" and stomping their feet while they're watching the jousting match.

I watch 19 Kids and Counting. It is fascinating, like a nature documentary, like learning about reclusive Aboriginal cultures.

Ah, I guess I could see arriving at that opinion if you were listening to Dragonforce in search of metal. To me they're like an 80's hair-metal version of Cradle of Filth; so far over the top that they'd be dismissed as a charicature of a band if it weren't for them actually having musical skill.
American Pickers made a couple of local stops here that totally ruined the show for me.
They have a team that scouts for them and makes the deals with people several days before the show even comes to tape. all these "finds" these guys are making are set up and scripted.
I know know, it costs money for a camera crew to chance going to a place and finding nothing, but it makes me sad that "Reality" TV is just like "Amateur" porn in that it usually isn't.

I have a plush Cthulhu or two. Also a peep, this awesome octopus, and a number of otters. I fucking love otters. My wife has to drag me away from the otter habitats at zoos when we go. Unfortunately my cats like to steal any stuffed thing they can get their paws on and wrestle it on the floor. Then the dog thinks it's hers. So far Cthulhu has escaped the ignominy but the otters were less lucky.

I discussed Fallout 3 with my now-boss during my last interview. But he brought it up.
I think it depends on how old he is. If your boss is over 50, I dont think he'll understand it at all. Most middle-aged men play video games though so they aren't going to think you're lazy or immature if you play them.

I wouldn't call Weird Al a guilty pleasure. Just a nerdy one. I enjoy his work as well. Maybe my guilty part is I can sing some of his songs rather than the originals they were based off of. Don't know the lyrics to American Pie, but boy can I tell you about this here Anakin guy.

It's not something I try to bring into conversation; it's all about lightning-fast guitar playing, upper-register melodic singing, arpeggios out the wazoo. It's a lot of fun to hear, but it's also something you would like if you were 13. As a dude in his early twenties it can get looked down on something fierce, especially when it comes to the "juvenile" nature of the music compared to the "sophistication" of other, slower stuff.
