A lot of people think the only worthwhile thing Brandon Lee ever did was The Crow
A lot of people are imbeciles.
For they leave out what has to be one of the greatest action movies of all time, Showdown in Little Tokyo.
In one sentence, Showdown in Little Tokyo is Ivan Drago and The Crow vs Shang Tsung and Tatsu to save the life of Tia Carrerre.
Yes. The movie stars Dolph Lundgren. See, Dolph grew up in Japan and knows Japanese and his father was killed by the Yakuza so he patrols the streets of Los Angeles' Little Tokyo. He has a lot of partners, but unlike a true loose cannon they all lived. Just got reassigned. So, Dolph gets a new partner played by Brandon Lee who is Japanese but ain't know nothing about Japan except for Martial Arts.
They investigate crimes together and Shang Tsung decapitates a lady with a katana while boning her and forcing her to smoke crack. Shang Tsung is the villain, and he, in a twist everyone saw coming, is the dude who killed Dolph's parents, even though he only looks like 5 years older than him. His right-hand man is Tatsu, showing that he has left the Foot Clan far behind.
