As we are in the beginning of the game and as I don't think it would change a lot, I would be alright to do like if Khorne put his second cultist in the empire instead of bretonnia (even his first mlay be?)
You might want to export the board as an image (Export as PNG button), upload it to ImageShack or wherever, and post it in this thread every so often. Particularly with everyone having access to it on appliednerditry there could be questions about whether it was updated properly.
Plus, that will make it possible for others to follow along.

Yeah, I am okay with that on the condition it doesn't screw up Thoon's game. He might have played differently.
If we are that concerned about things, let's just restart the match. We can all make sure to reshuffle card pools, reset tokens, pull a shuffled Old World card, etc, and in addition, we know how to work the boards and tools and such. Khorne's initial placement was surprising to me, no doubt, and probably to others, so there are a lot of subtle decisions that might have been made differently.

I can only get a total of two DAC tokens, since I'm only in two regions. And Tzeentch is in the same situation. What he wants is three hits, to kill two nurse and one Tzeentch. Anything less and one of us will get two DACs, and the double tick. If he gets only one hit, it might make sense to kill slaanesh, actually, just to make us tie on DACs and thus not double tick.
actually, if nurgle gains the most ticks he earns an additional tick...page 21 of rules. Also, Tzeentch cannot gain any ticks this round because there needs to be 2 warpstone and/or magic symbols in the region.

There is no possibility of a triple advancement in the base game.
From the rules, page 21:
ADVANCE THREAT DIALS
Throughout the game round, the Powers collect dial advancement counters on their !reat dials (see “Dial Advancement Conditions and Counters” on page 22).
In this step, every player who has one or more advancement counters on his dial advances his dial by one clockwise tick and carries out the instruction revealed.
Additionally, the player with the most counters on his dial advances his dial by one additional tick, carrying out the instruction
revealed. If two or more players are tied for the most counters, no player scores an additional tick.
Emphasis on the or more added. Having at least one DAC would allow Nurgle to tick once; then, if he has more than anyone else, he would tick a second time.
