2H means two hit spiral arrow and all combos end with it (use heavy or ex spiral arrow)
Sako refers to a player and his trademark combo which is standing medium punch, crouching medium kick/far medium punch, spiral arrow
CH stands for counter hit, and means they only work off a counter hit because they give extra frame advantage which means different combo opportunities

This is astonishingly confusing to me.
There are too many abbreviations in fighting games.
