I have a copy of my game set up on a shelf in my room and I'm basically doing things by hand.

I could make you a quick and dirty excel sheet that could manage each game. From deck drawing to hands to powers. And a quick and easy copy-paste for hand PMing and Game State forum posting.
If you want me to and also have access to excel...
Is there any reason you can't use handtracker, creating a deck there containing 5 copies of each number 1 through 5, then let players handle the draws on their own?
quick edit: Players would need permission to "draw to hand"; players like Lum Bam-foo would also need to be able to just "draw" to reveal the top card. But now that I think about it, abilities like pulling cards from the discard pile are not implemented. May not work for this.
Anyway, now that I got that updated... I agree that this is going slower than I'd like, this is my first time running such a thing, so any and all advice, suggestions or assistance is greatly appreciated. The more streamlined we can get things the better. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and hopefully I (with some help) can get things running better soon.
Edit: The main reason why I am not using handtracker is that I had never heard of it before now! Looking into it, but if it does what you are implying I think I might just go and kiss you.
Edit the 2nd: Hm, you may be right, I'll explore the functionality that it has at least.
On the handtracker front, since the developer is playing in this game (@admanb ), you might be able to get needed features added in if we can figure out what you would need.
It would certainly work for most normal play, though you'd have to keep a close eye on it to make sure players are drawing the right number of cards and such.

I am making you an excel sheet right now. Should be done shortly.
Hopefully it will be useful. If it isn't, no big deal. I have fun messing around with excel. (I once made a fully functioning Minesweeper in excel at a call center I worked at while I was in college.)
At the very least I am making a proxy deck right now so I can run two games at the same time, at the very worst it will make things to twice as fast.
Obi: I'm sure the sheet will be useful, and should definitely help me keep multiple games organized.
I think I will scale up first to running two games at the same time, see how the load is. If it isn't too bad I'll probably make another proxy deck, run three at the same time, etc. Do you guys think would be best to still keep everything in the same thread still?
Is that you officially using your raise the stakes power?
If so, Egos, you have a choice to make. You may immediately forfeit the round. If you do, obviously, you lose this round. If you do not than Lum Bam-Foo will get to draw a card and whoever ends up winning this round will win two rounds total.
Edit: Not to be the fun police, but, in the future, please try to make it clear if you are activating a game mechanic or just engaging in friendly banter. Friendly banter is of course encouraged.
Edit 2: I'm off to celebrate a family birthday, so expect a lull in activity from me. When I get back I think I might get a third game started, I think it should be doable.
Protip: Lum is vulnerable to rushdown if he's seeking to build a straight, as he's getting rid of his pairs.

Here is a link to the Excel Worksheet. If you've never used google docs, just click file->download to download it. You will need to enable macros. You will need a separate sheet for every match.
Explanation for the tabs at the bottom of the excel sheet Game Manager: Input all the info here Update Text: Copy and Paste from here for updates in the thread and Hand PMs, this tab will auto update do not edit anything on this tab Data: Character data and power card info, no reason to change anything in this tab
If you have any questions about how to use it, I will answer them. I tried to put helpful tips all over the place to give explanations for things. Hope this helps.
Egos you gotta respond to the power, forfeit or allow towndrunk to draw a card and keep playing with the winner of the round receiving two rounds in victory.
@Egos Please state if you decide to forfeit or continue the match.
I know you somewhat answered earlier, but that was before towndrunk had clarified that he was actually using his power.
Edit: So far running two matches at the same time has been super easy! :P (It's a friday night so I understand that people have a high likelihood of being out and about).
It has a deck (with shuffle), a discard pile, a hand manager and position input for both players, there is a dropdown to select the character a player is playing with and it auto populates the powers according to the player selected.
@Inquisitor, let me know if you have any questions.

But I'm always reading this thread anyways :P
And hey @towndrunk34 , no coaching, or would you prefer me giving advice to Egos?

Can you post an example of a PM you send when you update their hand? Once I get that I can give you this awesome spreadsheet.

Hey! I stopped advising! The one was a joke, anyway.
Plus, that's totally a lie.
Don't worry , it already crossed my mind before B:L said anything
