    Send the Espionage officer to investigate enemy strongholds with a ten-man team and Cain with the rest of the organic crew to try and placate Cobra to get them off our arse whist we get things back in gear, assign Kincade, the Zettabay and our full android complement to the manufacturing of new Androids, set course for the Ministry of Defence, send the War Titan to guard the factory with the Avalanche and the Morbids and launch 5 of our probes to find enemy strongholds. The last one will be launched to the KaT becon. Maybe we can trade tokens for decompressed templates?

    Let's try and salvage this situation, before we are up to our ass in tanks and doging airstrikes every turn.

    Edit: Oh, and gather alloys.

    I'm hoping that eventually we'll meet up with some other KaTs and be able to trade our tokens for assistance or (more preferably) tech that we haven't taken time to decompress ourselves.

    I'd rather we research the SAMs sooner rather than later. With Kincaid in the Zettabay with max crew we should yield 4 Avalanches if I'm doing the math right. I want Orion to go on the offensive to generate more Terror and to cannibalize more enemy vehicles. It was a tough choice at Mira, because while being able to use the Dreadnought to inflict a massive terror attack against Cobra is enticing I'd rather double the potential of decompression.

    We currently have enough troops to defend ourselves proper. We should switch over to get some more manly robots to man our bigger robots.

    Ender, shouldn't the abduction disc also be striken out? They use the pad too don't they? Also, can we send a relay to our assets to produce something else or must we travel there?

    The Corvus is too large to fit into the garage bays. Or something.

    For the most part, because aircraft are so powerful, you'll need to secure airfields in order to store them (if you'd gone with the Raptor you'd have more space for aircraft. You might also be able to partner-up with a friendly Raptor and lease pad / hangar space from it).


    And Bastion has easily the most haunting dialogue I've ever encountered in a game.

    I really felt bad about popping gas bags. Now trying to complete it with all gods activated. It is damn hard. The narrator really makes the game, he is so good.

    I don't know, I feel we should synthesize another engineering officer to keep up the android and infantry production, then use the zettabay to build Morbid class tanks.

    Sending out more Abduction disks would be a great idea, but it distracts from our goal of building lots of tanks. Wait, that is our goal right?

    Let us see how effective the various tanks are before we start spending fuel to gather small numbers of [Native Population]. With the Zetta Bay fueled we can build two Morbid class tanks per turn with only a crew of 10 working on them.

    If we build two, five? 25? android crew this turn, we can build 25 light android troops (or flamethrower troops?) per turn for the next 4 turns, completely filling our fleet of IFV. The IFV are just dead weight until we fill them with mindless killing machines.

    Did we pick some kind of repair drones rather then orbital bombardments or rift generators?

    We need more computing power urgently, as we need better equipment fast. While we set things up, decompress the heavy infantry kit. We've got a load of IFVs. Might as well put something in them.     Rock, do remember that we are just about to get a shipment from our railroad. I think extra research will benefit us way more in the long-term, and short-term we can handle what is being thrown at us.

    I can see your point but two officers we haven't seen and another spy. All stuff we need today.

    So far all of the officers have been really useful while research has mostly gone to stuff we don't have the resources to build anyway.

    Guess what? We've got a train. Our resource woes are much reduced and we can always disintigrate an industrial facility or 3 if we get short on alloys. Plus, we could decompress sample trays for the probes.

    This thing is a potentialy unique resource. We can get far more good out of it if we make a Den from it.

    1 new, collossus doubles as generals. Also, espionage isn't all that useful atm. Engineering & diplomacy are far more useful.
    Also, research will sooner or later get us more extractor drones.

    Let's see how this goes:

    Extract (Fuel), move: Sector B, Decompress: 1,6. Send Probe: Sector D, Terror Raid: 3 disks,
    Ryker: 7 crew, create Androids, no Zetabay


    My thinking is, the train is very slow, so resources are important. And no reason to waste our new ability to research 2 things at once, so decompress alloys from probes and flame-wielding warriors. We can get SAM next term no problem.

    We need crew more than anything at the moment, as most of our robots are out on super spy missions. So more robots! Think Zetabay is too costly just to make robots though, so none of that.

    And Terror Raids, because fear will keep Cobra in line. Considering our assassination crew, plus our riot-rally crew, plus next term fire-shooting robot fighters, some UFO abductions are perfect for our move.

    Anyone else think it's weird we have yet to see Cobra get a single shot off though? Worried that it means IVF is very weak and not worth all the tanks we've already gathered, but we'll see.
