Tips for Akron, Ohio

I might be starting law school in Akron soon, and I was wondering if I could find anyone who lives there or has lived there in the past. I'm looking for anything- tips on places to avoid, on the college life there, or anything else you can think of.

    Hope you have a GPS at first. Akron can be a very confusing town to drive around at first. Other than that I don't think there is much exceptional at all about Akron, except the Cuyahoga Valley NRA, which is a remarkable park system if you're into that sort of thing. I've lived on both sides of Akron and done a lot of work there, but I've never lived inside the city and wouldn't know much about the night life except that I believe there is a decent music scene.
