w: Twitch's passive, but does a lot more damage it seemed like and you can detonate it with uh, another ability.
e: Basically Sniper's shrapnel, reducing move speed and...something else. Fairly potent, 35% at like rank 2 for a decent ranged aoe? Not a bad nuke, either. On par with Make it Rain, I'd guess? Was 220+35 damage at level 5 and just a prospector's blade.
r: Skillshot snare, does decent damage and if people are clumped it does more then 1 person.
All in all, I really liked him. He's slow as fucking shit, but hits really fucking hard and I carried a Dominion game with him (granted our opponents were retarded).

v8 had a beautiful gank set up on the bot lane attempting to counter jungle prior to minions spawning. TSM had no idea the entire team was there, but v8 backed off. They then counter jungled TSM and picked off their top and mid.
v8 picked a super beefy team this game but with singed and kog TSM should scale better lane game.

Especially since one of the most major advantages of the nocturne ult is that it denies ward vision.

yeah that was a nice move. They should have had them when kog ate the binding but they couldn't capitalize. Not sure why they went AP with sion.
Well, better that way, honestly. I'm not swimming in IPs and I want to make sure I have IPs saved when I reach level 20 to finally buy some runes.
You'll want to...I spent nearly 17k filling out just my AP and AD rune pages, with minor variations for certain junglers.
