Our new Indie Games subforum is now open for business in G&T. Go and check it out, you might land a code for a free game. If you're developing an indie game and want to post about it, follow these directions. If you don't, he'll break your legs! Hahaha! Seriously though.
Our rules have been updated and given their own forum. Go and look at them! They are nice, and there may be new ones that you didn't know about! Hooray for rules! Hooray for The System! Hooray for Conforming!

If I died, how long would it take my family to come to terms with my death? How long for my friends? And would my Facebook page become one of those stupid shrines that get a bunch of posts every birthday? I think I need to give my Facebook login information to some of my friends with instructions to continue posting as me if I were to die, just to freak people out.

do you need to talk to someone kakos?

If I knew what to talk about... but as it is, I'm just in a funk with no discernible reason.
Maybe this will cheer you up:

And why can't it be a hate crime without permanent damage? That seems like such a weird requirement.

    The mother did what?

    My thoughts exactly.

Best case scenario she didn't know they were going to use those symbols/slurs. But that still leaves a "wtf?" situation.

those swastika are so wrong. i mean, come on, at least read up on your discriminatory symbols if you're gonna be all like that

Seriously. There is no reason for them to even do it by memory, since odds are, at least one of them has a smartphone. Just look it up!

Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment.

The primary focus, however, has been putting pressure on China to rein in North Korea, which thus far has shown little willingness to cooperate. “It is fair to say that the Chinese are spending most of their time telling the U.S. to relax,” the official said.

But the missile launch is not expected to end the provocation by North Korea. Officials fear a nuclear test will soon follow. Large amounts of dirt and ground cover are being moved at one of North Korea’s nuclear sites, which experts believe indicates the North Koreans will test a nuclear device once the rocket test is complete. Even more alarming is that officials believe that, unlike the first two nuclear tests North Korea conducted with plutonium, this one could be a uranium device, which would indicate a secret uranium facility.
