Try playing some single player to see if it happens there as well? And try monitoring the network load. A buddy of mine is having the same kind of problems and its because his ISP messed something up. Every minuter or so he gets insane lag spikes upwards 800 ms and then its solid again for a minute or two.

You can tell if something is up with just the cpu if changing the visual settings makes little difference to the framerate.
If you have not already, do a clean reinstall of your video drivers. I don't know if AMD cards gives you all the same options, but optimizing your settings via the AMD profiles might help. For my 560ti I set the render ahead limit to 1, changed to prefer maximum performance and optimized for single display. It helps some.

I would like all 360 dudebros to give input on what exactly they would like to see the map list comprised of. Specific game types and on what maps and even in what order. Right now it's 2 maps of CQ, one rush than 2 CQ one Rush and than TDM. Than repeat.

Also it was mentioned a while back, but it appears that somewhere along the last couple of ATi driver releases if you didn't do a full uninstall/reinstall of the drivers (like my lazy ass didn't), you might experience some goofy performance issues. It's just as well, I was getting ready for my annual reformat and reinstall of windows anyhow. But the lesson stays the same: take the time, uninstall drivers, reboot, reinstall drivers, reboot...

It's just a secondary playlist. Got too bored of fucking with it so it's the rotation for now. But i'll make a new and better one without too many of the maps people hate before we get going tomorrow. What's another decent TDM map? And what about rush. Need two solid rush maps and two solid TDM maps to mix in with the CQ maps.
