I'm surprised anyone here would get uptight about that hologram thing. seems purely awesome to me, bonus that his mom liked it.

Ok this prototype 2 commercial is tickling my hype bone.

The first one moved between "stupid easy" and "irritating without being particularly challenging"

I'm more excited about Dragon's Dogma, which looks like Shadow of the Colossus plus Dark Souls plus Skyrim/Kingdoms of Amalur

It was irritating with how cheap some parts were but I had fun running through people.

Hologram Tupac is technically impressive, but that really does seem like it straddles the bounds of appropriateness.

I've been calling it "corpse riding" but only as a placeholder for an even more appropriate term in the future.

I surprised it took this long for hologram any dead person to appear.

I mean, Japan has been using holograms for "live" Hatsune Miku concerts for years.

    Steam
So we get stiff once in a while. So we have a little fun. What’s wrong with that? This is a free country, isn’t it? I can take my panda any place I want to. And if I wanna buy it a drink, that’s my business.

If holographic Tupac is the first step toward me getting to go see a Beatles concert I am more than okay with it.

His estate and relatives don't mind because it gets them paid, and they are all greedy corpse-riders.

The question is more like, "Do you mind on behalf of dead people in general?"

absolutely, that's why it's only a bonus to me that his mom was into it.

I mean, dead guys are dead, right?

So, like, if they're dead and don't exist, why would they care?

If they're dead and in Heaven, why would they care?

If they're dead and in Hell, why would they care?

If they're dead and in Valhalla, why would they care?

I guess if they were dead and in Toledo...

Our respect for the dead is more for their survivors anyway, so even if the family is only okay with it for the money, who are we to tell them they're wrong?

I want to booby trap my grave/crypt/tomb/pyramid/ditch with a hologram of myself wherein I will pretend to be a ghost.

Double plus good if it has some kind of AI to pretend to be me rather than some lame six recorded messages like the Sheriff Woody room alarm I had when I was a kid.

Took me a while to recognize who you are, what with the avatar change.

So, you like french prostitutes now?

    Now?

I figured I'd been floating around for almost a year, time for a change, and I've been reading about old Benny lately.

Also, he's got the best smug look in this picture.

Man, the first two eps of The Legend of Korra were badass. I didn't expect it to be that good right out of the gate.
