    I liked elements of the first Hellboy but hated the character of John Myers so much that the whole film is down-graded for me.

    With that said I love the second film, even with its flaws.

    Apparently there's a theater not too far from here that's doing an all-day event for the Avengers, starting May 3rd at 2:15. $35 includes free popcorn.

    Yea I don't want to see this in 3D as well because I know it is the post-process 3D which I know will look like shit. If it was actually shot with it in mind it would be fine.

    The only movies I've seen where 3D was a beneficial effect were avatar and up

    And even then, it wasn't cool enough to warrant the extra cost.

    Avengers EMH is still a good show but watching the fight scenes in this after watching The Legand of Korra make it look like boring butt. But that's like saying this plain donut isn't as good as that donut with frosting.
