I'm going to be livestreaming myself playing Hitman 2 as a reward to you idiots for donating a bunch of money to Child's Play. Needless to say I despise all of you and you will pay for this come the revolution. The stream will start at 8pmish GMT (12pmish west coast time, if that's not you move to a real place and maybe people will care about your time zone) on http://www.own3d.tv/Tubect assuming everything works which it clearly fucking won't.

    At the stream page now, it reckons you're offline.

    Seems to be live now, hearing audio but not seeing anything, opened up the chat window the stream offers so we can probably continue the testing there to avoid clogging up the poor poor forums.

    I increased the resolution in the hope that might help but it runs like heather mills

    I don't think the broadcast size / resolution is a problem for people watching the stream, I can see what you're doing well enough to read the options as you were going through them.

    I'd call it good to go.

    Sound was good, I would say if the focus is on you speaking the game volumes could probably go down a bit (25%?), but I could hear you talking clearly above the menu music, and hear the person you were talking to in the background fairly clearly too, along with some pot and pan type noises.

    Some streaming programs let you box select an area of the screen to stream, so that you can fill the stream window without requiring certain fullscreen resolutions or whatever.

    On the one hand, live streams are amazing. On the other hand, I probably shouldn't skip a wedding to watch Tube suffer. So I won't. I will try not to cringe during the food, music, and dancing, as I remember that Tube has been doomed to fight his greatest enemy in a writhing pit made of bugs. My condolences from afar will have to do, on this day of deep despair.
