    then inside the channel settings:

    preset
    quality
    vbv max bitrate
    vbv buffer

    audio format
    audio bitrate



    also are you using gamesource or screen capture?

    I only see the video in a small box in the upper left portion of the stream. Like only taking up a fourth of the portion it should be.
