Also today I made progress with my adopted feral kitten. I was able to pet him - albeit using a glove on a stick. Baby steps. He liked it though, after some initial freaking out.

Look I know I am basically the cat's fucking pajamas but tell you what: I prefer dudes that are taller than me. Not TALL, mind you, but taller than me.

And the reason for that has fuck all to do with the guy; it's because I am insecure about how *I* look and dating a tall guy is an easy way for my brain to think I am small, dainty, and feminine by comparison. So there's that.

I'm doing a new stomach exercise. You know the one with the wheel that has two handles and you roll forward and back while on your knees?

anyway I find it interesting because it has such a delayed effect. I feel basically nothing while I do it and then a while later it's like a punch to the gut. It's like my belly is lagging!

Also get a new therapist. Maybe you're not owning up to shit with your current one and that is why it's not working or maybe your current therapist just isn't any good, but someone different might be a better fit for you.

I am hesitant to encourage you to place blame on others for your own cognitive distortions, but whatever you're doing in therapy, it's just not working.

That is, unless you're drunk and feeling sorry for yourself at the moment and just wanted to throw a pity party or elicit a pointless pep talk that you don't even take to heart or make an effort to acknowledge in any positive way.

Ab-wheel rollouts. Yeah they can be fun (read: not fun) if you've never done 'em before.

Once you're really good at doing them from the knees, you do them standing. Then with weights. Like this guy:
