Bolt of Change in Bretonnia with no effect.

Bolt of Change - 0 - When you play this card, you may replace one Warrior figure in this region with two Cultist figures belonging to the same player. If there are not enough cultists in his stockpile, there is no effect.

The bretonnia pts are dependent on the KoS not getting a hit, so that's 6pts on you getting a hit or not. With 6 dice in tilea I'm probably guaranteed the 6pts on kills plus getting 2nd place for ruination.

I'll admit I haven't actually figured out what the likely point totals for Tz are going to be-this just seemed safer points

    Here we go:
Empire:1 hit 1 less peasant to bathe in my new order
    Bretonnia:1 hit Kill an acolyte
Tilea:4 hits-Kill 4 seductresses which should seal it I'm pretty sure

Aiming for the Bloodletters won't due any good-I get the points anyway-this is why the upgrade is broken. Havoc and the other defensive cards can slow it down some but it really can't be countered as long as the dice stay in your favor.
