My greatest fear. I always take my time getting out of pools.
Also I find it's really helpful for making me mindful of what I've already eaten. I'm more willing to refuse something if I know how much I've consumed already in the day.

exact calorie count is a pain in the ass, get close enough with hand measurements. Eating out is worse though, I just assume that everything item has the equivalent of a tablespoon of butter on it. (there are a lot of apps out there that have nutritional information for restaurants/fast-food, but their accuracy is questionable since it's generally user submitted)
maybe i'll try it for a bit just to see how much i'm actually eating

I eat more ice cream when I'm focusing on losing weight than when I just don't give a shit. Fuckin love a serving of Bryer's All Natural Vanilla. 130 cals in decent macros, and satisfies that sweet tooth. A nice little reward for when I'm just a couple hundred cals short of my goal for the day.

To lose weight do this. THere have recently been a few studies/articles published that say that roughly 80% of weight loss is diet. I'm too lazy and tired to go find them. Drinking calories is bad. Fruit juice has all the sugar of fruit and none of the healthy fiber n'stuff.

100 prison squats (body weight squats)
50 pushups
50 burpees
Then do it again, except drop each workout by a certain interval, which I've listed below.
75, 40, 40
50, 30, 30
25, 20, 20
10, 10, 10
Between the moves in each of the sets, take a 10 second rest (for example, the 1st set looks like this: 100, rest, 50, rest, 50)
Between each set, take a 1 minute rest.
Between the next to last set and the last set, take no rest. Go straight from one to the other.
And in case you didn't feel like doing the math, by the end of this you will have done:
260 squats, 150 pushups and 150 burpees.

You might not feel it too badly after the 1st set. Your brain will say, "Meh. I just did 100 squats, 50 pushups and 50 freaking burpees. These other tiny numbers are nothing." Then you'll get to 3rd set of burpees and want to kill me.
