It means you got the absolute shittiest interest rate/longest repayment term I've ever seen in any loan ever and if there are no prepayment penalties you'd better throw money at that loan with Great Fury until it disappears

But usually it's hard to find a game compelling enough to keep me interested that long
The ones that I remember doing it with are Half-Life 2 and Deus Ex
