The first and the third hint make me thing of Jean Reno. For the "Vienna"-thing and also for Leon (which probably is derived from the animal) the Professional.

Doublechecking Vivixenne's Braille readings, because I was wondering about the numbers in the last hint: It's not Q and W, but N and W, so probably coordinates.
Oh yeah, also the numbers got corrected on the first line. so it's

I doublechecked the Braille and it seems to be correct.
If those numbers are coordinates, there is something else to be done. Longitude is 0-90°, latitude is 0-180°. Even if I use the relevant modulos to get the numbers smaller, they point to a location in Surinam? https://maps.google.com/maps?q=3.868,-54.97399
/edit: Yeah ok, Aneurhytmia's makes more sense than modulos. Still it's weird that it wouldn't just point directly to hawaii if that was the intent.

Ok, Jim Davis makes Garfield. Main human character there is obviously Jon, who has a brother that is modeled in part after Davis' real brother. Doc Boy was voiced by David Lander in the TV show. David lander got a TV Land award this year (along with the rest of the cast of "Laverne&Shirley"). The award ceremony was in NY at the Lexington Avenue Armory, which is not far from Gramercy park.

You're to use the number pad instead of the line.
Try turning the sequences of numbers into patterns of dots, and then use touch, because you need all your senses.
