Ontario-based graphic designer Andrew Knapp noticed that his 4.5 year old border collie, Momo, would always hide when fetching sticks instead of dutifully returning them. After photographing a few of the shots Knapp hatched an idea for a series of urban and rural landscapes with the dog hiding somewhere in the frame. He’s a well-camouflaged pup, definitely the ‘Where’s Waldo’ of the internet. You can follow Momo’s hide and seek adventures at GoFindMomo.com

The description that came with the picture was "When my friends cat passed, we buried him under this tree. That's his brother, he sat there all day."
For the National Tournaments, there is a series of last-minute qualifier tournaments called grinders. At the Irish Nationals of 2005, I was watching the final grinder going on , I noticed an eight year old boy playing. The score was one all and they were both on six points, the winner of this match would qualify for Nationals.
The match goes on for a while, until the boy uses his win condition which lets him fetch powerful creatures and put them into play for nothing. Huzzah!
Alas no, for after getting the creatures he starts shuffling his deck, and he hasn't realised that he's shuffling with the cards face up. And a judge has spotted this. Nationals and Grinders have a high level of rules enforcement, so the Judge was obligated to give him a game loss for deck rigging. Well the kid was devastated, and I wasn't feeling fuzzy either.
And then in steps a guy, and to cheer up the boy, gives him a Foil Vampiric Tutor. I can't speak for its value at the time, but these days that card is worth like $60-$70.
People cheering up children always makes me smile.
It is if the date is adorbs.

this is our snuggle buddy, Bowie. it's been so cold recently that he's been jumping up on our bed and snuggling in in the middle of the night while we're sleeping.
