Why are people voting with The Aquaintance all of a sudden? The reasoning seems flimsy. Then again so is Gandalf and Phy. I'll let my vote be, dont want to risk a tie. That's usually bad.
Though I'm not really sure why we're going after the choice of someone that's playing against the village!
The way I see it, it's like this:
Day 3, all the demons still standing. Awkwardman needs those demons to start falling like bowling pins. We aren't doing the job. He tosses us a bone to keep us in The Game, and thereby keep us and the demons at each other's throats so we aren't spending limited resources phallactery-hunting. He probably wasn't counting on your reveal, and odds are you aren't long for this world; if you weren't lying and you survive, you could pose a non-trivial threat to his success. But regardless, if there are any machinations at work, that would be my guess as to their intended result.

Kime just doesn't understand. I mean I love him dearly, but I hate the acquaintance more. I just don't want to have to put up with that prick for the rest of my life. You know, he grew up as a little shit-spark from the old shit-flint. And then he turned into a shit-bonfire and then driven by the winds of his monumental ignorance, he turned into a raging shit-firestorm. If I get to live another day i'll have total control of this Phalla, and then I can unleash a shitnami tidal wave that'll engulf the acquaintance and extinguish his shit-flames forever. And with any luck, he'll drown in the undershit of that wave. Shit-waves.
"He's a demon" and "He's either a demon or is in a position to help us" are worlds apart from one another. Which is your position?

END OF NIGHT 3: Eight out of Ten Isn't So Bad?
Hester Fields tried to shriek when she saw the demon she witnessed terrorizing the countryside, but the magic binding her tongue held strong. She scratched at the wall like a panicked rat while Eligos Botis eyed his target.
"Now THERE'S a proper target!"Eligos Botis bore down on <Zombie Hero> with an unholy fervor. The Omertan reached to where his blade usually sat, wincing as he grasped air. He turned to the crowd, opened his mouth to appeal to his guild brothers.
And it was over.
A swift cut, and the head lolled to a stop at The Acquaintance's feet.
"Hmph." He pulled out an ornate hankerchief and polished his shoe. "Still no class, Eligos. No tact. At least I've got the contestants behind me." There was a nervous murmur among the 'contestants.' More than a few raised objection with this plan, to follow his lead. But what choice did they have? Hell had beset both sides, and they chose the devil they knew.
<Xenogears of Bore> protested fiercely. "You are listening to him? What madness is this?!"
"Brother," spoke Rapheal Trujo, "It is not that we doubt you word nor is it that we trust him."
"Then why? Why do you shake hands with madness!?"
Raphael whisper, "Because I don't want to die."
Raphael kicked <Xenogears of Bore> towards the hole in the wall. He landed with a grunt, madly scrambling for some purchase before it came.
"Please! PLEASE! No! You must believe me! Take someone! Take anyone! Take...take Holly! Holly Underwood! Yes!" He heard a growl. "She's the one! She's a demon I tell you, not me! Oh gods."
Brass claws reached out, silencing the whimpers with a cacophony of screams.
Suddenly, in the crowd there was a flash, and Eligos Botis ran towards the hole with two heads at his side. "No need for a second glance, master!" He shook his prizes. "I've done the work for you.."
<Phyphor> wanted to live, OSA disagreed..
"Hm." The Acquaintance scratched his head. "Honestly, I'm as shocked as you."
Brandon Okto stood up. "You lied to us!"
"No...no I don't think I did."
"That was none of demon flesh, trickster!"
"Drat, and I could have sworn that he was. Maybe next time, champ." A loud buzzing was heard overhead. "Ah, right on cue."
The flies[/b] bore down on Hester Fields quick, like thunder. But then, moments before collision, they stopped. As if curious. They seemed to buzz around confused for a moment, when a beam pierced through them, hitting <Langly> square in the chest.
"Finally! Free..." her head gurgled its final words several feet from the rest of her limbs.
"Really? That's the best you can do? Resort to stealing My own tricks from me?" The Acquaintance laughed. "I know how a blood-curse works, unremovable even by normal standards...but so very rare. It must have taken great effort to do that, eh? No matter."
The Acquaintance turned back to Brandon, patting his shoulder. "You might want to check on your friend...no, the other one." He sighed. "You never pay attention, do you?"
He gestured toward <I needed a name to post>, laying in a pool of blood. Unmoving.
"Well, we got one. My glass is half full." Someone shrieked. "Well, 8/10s full."
There are 8shards remaining total.
CLARIFICATION: PEOPLE WHO WERE PREVIOUSLY CURED ARE STILL CURED.
The Dead: <Langly> - converted by Paimon Goetia before The Game began, she had no choice but to follow the demands of the "Curse" of Corruption. Killed by a beam.
<Phyphor> A brilliant seer, perhaps the best Underlund had to offer, his skills were so immense he could even detect and remove magical phylacteries if found.
<Xenogears of Bore> "BOY IS MY FACE RED. No, seriously, I didn't get all the blood off."
<<I needed a name to post> But not a backstory! Found face down in a pool of blood like the others.
<Zombie Hero> - Cut down in his prime. Literally. But at least he managed to nick the blade!
