This man was a lifting legend, with a sometimes fuckhead band of followers, but nonetheless, the man was a mean lifter and brought a lot to the table.
Jones is probably most infamous for the legendary tale of putting 60+ pounds on Casey Viator in one month to prep him for a Mr. American contest I believe.

Although, this is one of those stories that is highly disputed, and it has always been said that Viator was juiced out of his head at the time, 60 pounds is a lot.
Anyway, I was a big fan of Arthur Jones articles and teachings. I don't think he's written anything in quite a while, but I just always thought he was a badass, chain-smoking, weightlifting, womanizing, elephant hunter.
