We spurn these slights on our character. We had 1/3/2 Command counters at the end of last turn, and shall not cede our allotted 8th. @MrBlarney
As someone monitoring from an alternate dimension, and about to run into a heavy shortage of command counters, I say... you started with 2/3/3, received no counters, took 1 secondary (production), and made 2 tactical actions (your colonisations). That would leave you on 1/3/1, not 1/3/2
Indeed. Update 3 and update 5 show an expenditure of two counters from Command Pool, and there was no play on the secondary of Leadership to offset the tactical actions. If my records are in error, thenplease show where they may be corrected.

Wait.. Are we meant to decide on the Trade Station's ability now? And can voting on laws use trade goods? And how and when does the Mentak grab Trade Goods? And what does "Now I use 10 resources/influence" mean? Is it in one action? Can it be say spread over a primary and corresponding secondary? Can it be spread over multiple actions?

Refresh abilities are meant to be used during the Status Phase, immediately after refreshing worlds. Functionally, you do this when you are allocating your command counters. If you wish to exhaust Tsion in this manner, I will allow you to amend your Status Phase actions.
Trade Goods may not be spent for extra votes during Assembly voting.
The Mentak has a racial ability that allows them to steal Trade Goods from other players during the Strategy Phase. Any player that has three or more Trade Goods is a valid target, and the Mentak may take one Trade Good from up to two targets in a single Strategy Phase. This action may be performed at any time during the Strategy Phase, but should there be timing conflicts between powers, then player order rules the day (which in the Strategy Phase is clockwise starting from the Speaker Token).
To fulfill the "I now spend 10 resources or 10 influence." objective, you must, at the start of the Status Phase, exhaust or expend 10 points worth of resources or influence, normally via planets and trade goods. You may not mix resources and influence - all points must come from the same source.
And I take it the Ysarril will reciprocate?
We are certain that their secrets are far more insidious than our own.
The goblins have a racial ability to look at one player's AC per round. They aren't asking, they're telling, unfortunately.

Yes, given your death star is striking distance from our homeworld, we need to verify that you do not have certain specific cards that could make life unpleasant. The Yssaril assure you we are not planning on doing anything ewith this information at the current time.
As you do not have any such cards, we will continue on and select our strategy:
The Mentak Coalition: Select the (7) Technology II Strategy Card. The Xxcha Kingdom: Select the (5) Trade II Strategy Card. The Naalu Collective: Select the (1) Leadership Strategy Card. The Nekro Virus: Select the (4) Production Strategy Card. The Embers of Muaat: Select the (6) Warfare II Strategy Card.
Yssaril uses their racial ability to peek at Muaat's hand of Action Cards. The Yssaril Tribes: Select the (3) Assembly Strategy Card.
One bonus counter is placed on each of the (2) Diplomacy II and (8) Bureaucracy Strategy Cards.

Yssaril activate the primary ability of the Assembly strategy Card, claiming the speaker token.
Does anyone have a politics card they wish to play that would aid us?

Well, we unfortunately do not have any PCs we have that we want to play (quite the opposite, unfortunately), so giving away the speaker token at this time would not be a good idea.
If you truly want lasting peace with our race we would still be more than happy to agree.
These discussions have taken a lot of time, and apparently nobody has an agenda they think would benefit both ourselves and their peoples. As such, we nominate the Nekro Virus to submit a Political Card for vote, having already declared that we take the speaker token.
The Nekro have only one Political card in their hand, which is played:
Technology Investigation Committee For: No Technologies may be purchased this round. Against: All players discard one Action Card at random. Then immediately draw two new Political cards and resolve them in the order in which they were drawn.

@GrimmyTOA may elect to use his racial ability to discard this agenda and draw a new one from the top of the Political deck.

@discrider to present evidence or reallocate.
Our officers report that we have indeed 2/2/3 allocated for next turn.

Sure. The Coalition's commissars in charge of the redistribution of wealth will go elsewhere this turn to promote pirate space communism.
