I don't have any SA so I can't play on Production.
Not having my fleet locked down would at least be worth the one trade good that is my entire wealth at the moment, I suppose.
If you'll remit that to me, that will be an acceptable deal. I won't ask too much, especially if I am taking a defensive posture and you've your own battles to fight. (But simply because I am acting governor I will not roll over completely.)

We would also like to remind our Nekro allies that they were valid targets for the Mentak's TG stealing ways last strategy round.
But in the spirit of being a good neighbour, we did not bring this up.
The Nekro Virus would like to thank our Muaat allies for their candidness and respond in turn. The Virus will uphold this alliance until such a time as the flesh in its unreliableness breaks it first. The Virus declines to use the Diplomacy II secondary at this time.

The Xxcha declare that they have a couple of interesting cards that may be more harm than good, but are quite stimulating. The Xxcha are also quite receptive to offerings for turning away undesirable agendas that may pop up for voting.
