this comic is quickly going to an incredibly stupid place
Don't worry, its just the birds, don't let them ruffle your feathers. They flocked off and don't nest too much in the story except for one page comic relief when the story needs to spread its wings for some pacing. Right now, we needed Lumia to peck around and figure out what Knadds is really like. Get her beak wet for the local culture so she can rule them as a great queen. Once they're impressed with what's deep down inside her, all the people will warble her praises.

I get that comic. It's applicable to many games. We're all supposed to be on the same team but we are wearing armor thats been scrounged from everywhere . Well done.
Edit: though for me an armor's looks are less important than raw stats

Thunderstruck gives it's own name to all this 'not paying attention to weird shit' right after stealing one from Douglas Adams, and attempts the worlds least convincing cover-story. An insurance investigator who wants to pay out? Really? Saying you're investigating his daughters for having magic powers would probably be less suspicious.
I swear being a black nerd means you're hard wired to liking DBZ, or maybe we're all still shellshocked how this cartoon we started to enjoy about a little boy with a monkey tail jumped 20 year and how he's got a kid, he's dicking with a green arab elf, and there's a tennis ball spaceship and OMFG HE JUST KILLED THAT GUY!
limestone is made out of dead things, duane is a dead thing, so he made it so the stone accepted him as a part of itself instead of being a wall to shatter him to bits, and then channeled himself behind the monster?
I appreciate that the nature of pymary allows for really wizardly feeling battles, where the combatants out think each other instead of just out blasting each other, but the action has been hard for me to follow in this instance
Seriously it looks amazing but
I have no idea where anyone is or where they are in relation to anyone else, what anyone is trying to do, why any of this is happening, or most of the time why one bit of action follows the next bit in each frame or from page to page.
(that is not a plea for people to explain to me how it's all so simple once they went back and really studied the entire sequence)
