This game ruined Donkey Kong for me until Jungle Beat years later. I mean, they gave DK a fucking gun! And grenades! Jungle Beat did it right, all DK needs is himself, a jungle, and whole shitload of animals to beat the crap out of.

It's partly why I'm hating on Diddy, with all his DK64 tech.

well I hated rainbow cruise for having to go back down at the very end, if you get stuck there on those last platforms (for whatever reason) you instantly die wich kinda sucked and the boat itself is way too tiny
