Santa @testsubject23 sent me a package full of goodies from Canada. Our cats were not being helpful and I suck at picture-taking, so I enlisted my husband and our Laboon plushies to record the haul.
Lots of snacks! I've already been going to town on them since they arrived. The ketchup chips are officially my favorite form of chip ever. I wish we had them down here. I was also delighted to have a Turkish Delight, which I had been interested in trying ever since I saw a young boy sell out his siblings for some.
A custom piece of art done by Mrs. Claus! Santa knew that my walls are bare, and I definitely want it on the living room.
The Evil Within and Dying Light! I really liked a Let's Play I saw of Evil Within, so this sounds perfect. I don't know much about Dying Light, but I liked what I've played of Dead Island and sometimes it's fun to go blind into a game.

Hooray, it arrived intact! Our postal system can be a little rough on... oh, solid objects... things with physical form, etc. I was especially worried about the sketch, but it's miraculously unharmed. Whoo!
I have noted the ketchup chip love in this thread. This means both that I will have to send more in future years, and that I can use them as currency in an apocalypse. Both good things to know.
Oh, and the Big Turk bar, while delicious, is only the candy bar version of turkish delight. The actual delicacy is much more sell-out-your-family-to-an-evil-power kind of delicious.
Now, the cheezies I sent, Hawkins Cheezies, they are the original form of cheezie, sort of like a primordial ancestor. I have found them to be of the highest quality. Barter them for top-tier ammo only, if it comes to that.

I was expecting one gift coming on Monday, but instead two parcels showed up in the mail. That's the most timely I've ever seen the post office ever been. But enough about that, onto the gifts!
A whole big bag of Pizelles! They are indeed awesome cookies @urahonky . I could eat up a whole plate of them by myself and now I have one. The anise-flavor is just the cherry on the whole thing, I love the taste of anise so this is just a sweet bag of catnip for me.
A Hershey Candy Cane bar, very seasonal and just the thing to pop in bit by bit.
Lindt White chocolate. I really do like Lindt, they make good chocolate.
Ghirardelli squares! My sweet tooth thank you very kindly for this lovely choice of Christmas sweets. I'll admit, it took some willpower to finish photographing all of these first without wanting to pop the bags open for a taste of chocolate or cookies. But there was more than just sweet treats in the box, there was also:
Dragon Crown! I've been thinking about firing the trigger on getting myself a copy of this, but now you've gone and got me one. I've heard quite a few good things about this and I can't wait to finally give it a spin.
And last but not least, this very snazzy t-shirt! What better way to showcase my burgeoning telekinesis to my vict...players. Wow, @dalith14. I had been thinking about picking these up someday, but they felt too new and untested to actually buy for myself. Now I don't need to feel guilty. Even the Steam card came at just the right time! I was just about to buy one for myself for the sale. And I just might!
I know it's hard to let go of the holiday fun, but it's time to start wrapping up 2015's shindig. If you haven't gotten anything and have not received ANY contact from your Santa (via Proxy or otherwise), then you need to PM Hypatia so that can be settled. On the flip side, if you have sent a gift and have yet to receive word from your Santee, then you should contact Hypatia and see if they have gotten their gift. Tracking info is great as well, as it's proof that you have taken care of your responsibilities. Finally, if you HAVE gotten something and haven't made a gift post, then do that immediately. People who get gifts and don't post about it WILL be marked as ineligible for future Secret Santas until they do.

2. Gifts arrived, one referencing another gift, but it was all cryptic so I could not tell if Package A was related to Package B, or if Package B was a gift from a different gift exchange. Neither package gave any clues (well one did sort of) as to who they were from.
3. So I waited to see if a 3rd gift arrived.
4. But then I had to leave town for two weeks, but I'm back now!
5. And still no additional gift has arrived.
So I figured I may as well just post EVERYTHING and people can fess up.
OKAY!
So, please understand all my mail gets sorted and delivered at once, sometimes with a day or so delay, so I have no clue what order these came in:

The card reads "When is a gift not a gift? when is a clue not a clue? THis is the answer, of who is sending to you?"
And I went through the list of the signups and nothing obvious came to mind... but whatever, what's really important is the present!!!
Which ended up being this graphic novel for Angela: Asgard's Assassin, which I've heard about but not yet read, so thank you! That's awesome!

Sweet! Three of the Complete Peanuts books! I've been wanting to get these, but never had the chance! They are the initial 1950-1956 sets! For those that do not know, I am a big peanuts fan.
So thank you Secret Santa! Maybe it was two of you! or maybe just a single giver? It got very complicated!!!!

Our daughter really liked the first one we got and I was planning on picking up some others later down the road, but now that's been done for me!
I'm glad she liked it! I keep pushing Owly because it really is one of my favorites - the child in me appreciates the adorable pictures and evocative story-telling, and the adult in me (what little there is) appreciates the artistry in communicating so much story and personality without using words. I hope she likes the rest of 'em!
