Tanner reminds me of school friend. He even did the look over here, mooning thing. He rubbed his butt and other parts on stuff as a joke. He was very popular. I didn't get it either. I mean, I was friends with him so there must have been something. I think the worst thing he ever did to me, other than random flashing, was cover my face in toothpaste at a sleepover.

I'm pretty sure in the first panel, Tanner is just supposed to be standing with hands behind his back, but the position of his hands, motion lines, and final panel reveal paint it in a very different light.
