Ok so i cleared Moshugan Vaults on my rogue and got no charms. What are people taking about with the bats?
I think it's only for level 100ish characters.
Just run through Everbloom normal. I got about 60 charms per run or so?
Yeah it was supposed to be mogu'shan palace and not vaults, sorry about that. In order to do that spot you will need a level 100 though since the instantly respawning bats are only level 90.
Asmongold has most of the good/decent spots even though he puts the statue in the wrong place in mogu'shan, you are supposed to put it in the little corridor on the left where the bats spawn.
If your tanks are below a disc priest in dps, I'd yell at your tanks

Tonight, my one-night-a-week guild just killed Heroic Gul'dan, 30 days after the release of Nighthold.
For comparison, we killed Heroic Archimonde 112 days after the launch of HFC, we killed Heroic Blackhand 4.5 months after the launch of Blackrock Foundry, and we didn't manage Imperator Heroic at all before BRF Launched.

Uggggggg... I saw one of the pink hippogryph crystals up but could not find anymore before the zone-wide emote that someone got the mount. Someone shoot me now...
Sigh it was a poor choice to try to get the love boat as a holy priest as no ones to deal with you or help you get charms
Even poorer to be a horde on a alliance dominated server to do this
So I finally unlocked world quests and I'm jumping on the gear treadmill...how often do the LFR raids reset? Googling tells me 1 day, but its been 24+ hours and I'm still loot locked on everything.
And there are like 4 raid tiers?

I think I've already outgeared Heroic instances, but I dont know where I get a mythic keystone from.
Shits weird yo.
On the plus side, my mage is looking slightly less stupid.
They also come from your weekly challenge cache provided you did at least one M+ the previous week. The level of keystone you receive from this one is based on the highest level you completed the previous week.
god damn what a lucky day
got the Frost DK ring legendary and like 30ilvl higher than base titanforged tier legs of Guldan to complete my 4 piece (had heroic legs and was wondering if it was worth loosing some 15ilvl for the 4 set (it probably was) but taht doens't matter when you get better legs from normal than heroic ones ^^)
Got super carried through Helya P3, but got AOTC and, more importantly, the "dark" Heroic plate set with a PuG. It looks really cool.
Not going back to that place, like, ever. Though lol at a third of the raid being Fire Mages.
I like it overall but the shoulders kinda look a bit off to me, like they are a bit too far out
but I have to say I really like most of the T19 armors, the DK one is amazing and I really like the shaman, druid, monk and hunter ones too, the others are fine only the mage one is kinda too plain and boring

They're not. But apparently they are supposed to be.
Maybe a while back, but disc dps has dropped in comparison to their healing. They should be well below the tanks now.
I know, that's what I'm saying. Their healing has scaled but their damage has not. The damage contribution used to be an acceptable trade-off for 20% less healing than any other class; now it's just a liability in all but the most bleeding edge of M+. I'm expecting this to be changed in an upcoming patch (and indeed a blue post has said it is so).
If the damage is in line with what the devs intend, and I'm assuming it is due to the recent trinket DPS nerf, then I expect their healing to be buffed and DPS remaining an interesting mechanic to administer healing as opposed to a meaningful contribution to a raid.
tbh I think disc just has to be chalked up as a failed experiment and redesigned; I like the idea of it but the implementation is clunky and the throughput doesn't justify it. Way too much of its healing is tied up in Radiance x3 > Lights' Wrath sequence and its talents don't provide enough variety (though in fairness I think this about a lot of healers.)
it was the smallest on the list but
Pluto was a planet and I'll never forget
I don't know what they're thinking, but "be bottom of the healing charts and still fail to beat tanks on dps" isn't going to get people playing the spec.
There's an understandable fear of disc being required if it's just a healer with lots of dps, but just neuter the damage and let them be on par with regular healing.
When I was complaining how painful and sadistic it is to level as holy solo {I spec'd my priest as a awesome healer crappy dps} I was told go disc
which was why I took my pvping priest and leveled them as disc to find out how it played
Managed to run 9 characters through Love Rocket every day except one. No dice on the rocket. At least I (re)learned how some of these characters work, though.
Got up to 400 bones last night for the Arch mount. Also managed to completely forget about the Timewalking weekly from Timear but oh well.
Also managed to get my HOTS mount on Sunday night. That was good times.
Priests were kinda shafted by the decision to make all healers equal. Priests never had much utility but made up for it by pumping out more hps than anyone else (just don't talk about damage, shadow was a joke in vanilla).
But then in BC Blizz decided to buff the hybrid classes up to the point where they were just as good as priests (they became the king of all trades rather than the jack). So there was a massive upswell in paladin numbers and priests got left behind. Why take a priest when you could take someone who could bubble, turn into a tank and could cast loads of buffs (replace with combat res for druids) etc etc.
Priests have never really recovered from this. Current disc seems to be of the vanilla mindset of if you can do two things, then you are not going to be able to do either of them as good as a specialist but seem to have forgotten that these days doing 90% of dps is enough to get the class declared as useless.
I don't think it's too bad. I put on a twitch stream and mindlessly farm the dig sites. Bonus yesterday since I could do the Highmountain emissary at the same time.

Another weird layer to it all is that Disc is hard to play. Like considerably harder than any other healer, or in fact any class I've played since Vanilla, even with the 'streamlining' of skills. Can't speak much for DPS classes. A single mistake or bad luck with stuff spawning on the floor making you have to move leads to a massive drop in HPS because a huge chunk of it comes from ramping up to a single LW cast - if you fuck up positioning or mistimed the ramp, it's overheal or you don't have enough atonements out and therefore useless.
It is, however, super fun, and really rewarding when everything comes together. I don't really want the class to change, I just want it to be competitive.
Disc has just been a victim of blizzard homogenizing and simplifying everything. If everyone heals the same way, just pick the one that heals most efficient for long fights or highest throughput for short. There is no need anymore to pick a variety of classes because you can just pick the best.
Different healers used to have different buffs and utilities that would make them valuable to bring even if they werent the best at a fight. Paladins had judge wisdom/light. Druids had innervate which was pretty symbiotic with priests because they actually had spirit. Shaman were for totems, either dps, mana regen, or fear breaks. Now there are pretty much none of those buffs and utilities unique to a class.
Disc has always been about shields and buffs, PI used to be castable on other people! Now it just "heals different" than other healers, except m+ where it just spams shadowmend because nothing else can keep up. Monks also fit the heals different category, and theyve had a pretty wild rollercoaster of effectiveness for just the 3 expansions theyve been around.
Bring the player not the class has not worked out at all for wow. People still bring the class that is best, but the ones who arent the best no longer have unique things they can entice people with for consideration. Definitely not saying gotw or fort or whatever other raid buffs need to come back, but the utility spells and class/spec identity needs to.
I still feel weird when I cast PI as a non-Disc spec, since they used to be the big old Disc talent.
Also I wonder how it would feel if Disc was a DPS spec first with a little support utility (sorta like Enhancement), and if you wanted more healing you could spec into it.

mythic keystones drop at the end of regular mythic dungeons, if you don't already have a key that week
Pluto was a planet and I'll never forget
How did people get the first keystones if the only ways to get them require someone to have one?
Plain mythic dungeons reward a +2 stone for a random dungeon if you don't yet have one.
Generally referred to as mythic 0 or mythic normal, no, you don't. It's when the numbers start appearing (+2 and so on) that you need a keystone.
Cough cough the requirement was trying to get into one which was impossible
I have not done one or attempted to do one since it's devoid of groups in the finder
