Looks like a cross between James Bond and the Transformers.

Though I don't think that guy in the back is actually a Transformer. Just, you know, at first glance . . .

It's LEGOs spliced with chess and poker.

Magic is the best game there is. Its only flaw, from the point of a player, is that it's so goddamn expensive.

Looking back on when I played, I think the biggest flaw was the other players.

    That's also a fair assessment.

I also played the DBZ CCG though, which is worse in average player quality than Magic by quite a bit.

Looks like I'm also gonna drop WoW. Need to be more productive on my downtime.

I played Yu Gi Oh and Magic. Both good games, but I can't justify the amount of money spent on them.

And had my girlfriend been drinking something she would have done a spit take at the panda hunting line in Frisky Dingo. It is a pretty good show.

    Magic, Netrunner, Pokemon, DBZ.

Pokemon used to be kind of silly. I'd test how good a deck was by seeing if I could consistently draw my entire deck on the first turn. It's too easy to be a classic.

DBZ is an incredible game with amazing mechanics that was ruined by amazingly retarded play testers and designers. People (used to) bitch about Magic errata, and Magic is nothing compared to the contortions and bullshit that the DBZ retards forced teh game to go through.

Netrunner was released at the same time as one of the most popular Magic expansions, so it sadly never stood a chance. Amazing mechanics, two sides that function very differently. One player is the corporation, the other is the hacker. If there were more cards, I could see myself liking it more than Magic.

A bunch of my friends were really into various CCGs - Magic, Pokemon, Rage (I think? It was about werewolves), some others. I tried to learn different games a few times but it never really stuck.

I definitely just saw an article on Digg and read it "Consumers pinching penises to make ends meet." I clicked it to figure out what the hell that even meant, skimmed the article, and was thoroughly confused to find that it had nothing to do with penises. Then I realized that it very clearly says "pennies," not "penises."

You can pinch penises for pennies to make ends meet. I'm sure there'd be a market for that.

Well, we'd kinda had this discussion a few months back, but I think the consensus is that the stereotypical fanbase of pretty much everything is annoying and scary, not just nerdy things, but even music groups and stuff. I mean, if you went by MTV, you'd think that all Tori Amos fans were obese goth chicks.
