Sign up ASAP. I might have to impose a 256 man player cap, although Halo is a little more forgiving 'cause you'd be eliminating 4 people at a time, instead of just one.

Whoa, wait how do we sign up for the teams? Don't we just click the pre-register bottom during the ticket purchase process?

I only have 2.5 hours to get this done. Even with 32 TV's, that's a shit-load of matches. Doesn't help that individual Halo games take a while anyways.

I'll consult with the Gameclucks people tomorrow, see if such a player cap is neccessary or not. I also need to work out how teams are getting registered with Doctor K.

This cap will be imposed FOR SURE for SC2 and probably Smash Bros. as well.

Smash has already exceeded the 200 man mark, and SC2 will likely do the same as well in the next week or so, assuming it hasn't already.

So far, GGXX has a "mere" 50+ people signed up. Still larger than any other XX tourney I've been to around here, lol.

Mario Kart will probably have 200+ as well. As for Splinter Cell and Rainbow Six Whatever, I'll assume they're around the same size as XX, unless I'm horribly underestimating the interest in them.

While I've ran my fair share of tournaments, I have ZERO experience with Halo on a competetive level. Gameclucks has been running Halo tournies for years, so they know how to get it done.

how gameclucks tournaments are is u just have to have some sort of Pool Play game before the tournament starts to rank the teams, then make a bracket and fill in the spots with the ranks

Round Robin is out of the question, unless you feel like having a two day Halo tournament. :P

I've talked to Ryan, and he said one of the Gameclucks staff will be there to help out with seeding, but feel free to offer help with that if I need it. If you can run brackets, that'd be great.
