That is so passe. What is this, Victorian England? The hot thing now to burn is Hummer dealerships, didn't you know?

Has the increased cost of fuel affected arson rates yet?

How deliciously ironic. I don't think there is such a thing as a Hummer dealership in the UK. There is a BMW dealership nearby.

Not in California. The state itself is like a fucking kindling box. You don't even have to use anything more than a match to set half the state on fire.

So... you're a small government moderate? I mean, since you see to agree with most of this forum on the popular issues, you're a pretty good fit for the liberal platform.

You can drive from Glasgow to London in a little less than twelve hours if you're careful of when you leave and the roads you pick.

The petrol costs alone make it too expensive to be worth it, though.

I'm pretty much for whatever makes the world suck less.

I was a big fan of Bill Clinton even as a republican.

The size of government only matters to me based on whether or not the more powerful group is run by assholes or super assholes.

Really? Is that just because the roads aren't quite as direct, or you can't drive as fast? I mean I know the UK is bigger than New Jersey, but I can drive the entire length of California in 12 hours.

That might be longer than it actually was. It's been a few years since I actually did the drive (since it's a hell of a lot faster and cheaper to fly). Bob would be able to tell you.

I think Hippie has it right at a bit less than eight hours. Seven hours seems overly optimistic.

Twelve hours I attribute to the fact that I haven't done the drive in about five years.

EDIT: Also, google maps is way, way off in the north of Scotland.
