Having quickly tallied the day’s votes, the Officers emerge from the shrine and take Daedalus into custody. They escort him back to the Shrine while the remaining villagers start bickering amongst themselves.
The arguing grows heated and goes back and forth for quite some time when the last few villagers agree to disagree and go their separate ways. The Officers, emerging from the Shrine just as the square clears, see Malkor walking off towards the old stone well. Checking to see what direction the other villagers went, the Officers make a quick inspection of the Shrine grounds before heading to the well to see what Malkor has to say about the argument outside the Shrine.
When they finally reach the well, the Officers find that Malkor has had the life choked out of him, has a piercing wound through his chest, and appears to be withering away before their eyes. The skin on his neck has been rubbed raw and glistens with broken blood vessels. Blood, leaked from a gaping hole in his chest, has soaked the ground, turning the dirt into a sort of morbid mud. And, before the Officers can finish their inspection of the body, Malkor begins to shrivel and dry, shrinking as they watch. Within a matter of minutes, all that remains of the body is a small pile of dark dust.
Shocked beyond belief, one of the Officers rushes to the ancient well in search of a cooling drink. Unable to believe what just happened, he refuses to look back, even when his partner calls to him. Instead, he focuses on the surrounding grasslands, trying to think of anything but the visions running through his mind.
So focused is he on trying to forget what he just witnessed, the Officer nearly misses the body lying at the edge of the tall grasses closest to the well. His training kicks in, though, and snaps him out of his trance. Swallowing his last swig of water, the Officer takes a few steps closer to the body and realises he’s discovered the dead body of James.
James has been absolutely thrashed. His eyes are puffy and his cheeks are tinged a dark blue. His skull appears to have caved in some places, buckling under a number of heavy blows. The man’s lips, split in multiple places, are slightly parted in a bright red, sickly crimson grin.
The other Officer, unsure what to do with the pile of dust that once was Malkor, comes over to see what his partner has found, and lets out a low whistle when he sees the mess of James’ face. Grunting, the two bend down, pick the stiff body up, and start carrying him back to the Shrine. A cool breeze picks up, swaying the tall grasses from side to side, cooling the sweat on the Officers’ brows, and blowing the dust of Malkor off into the distance. One of the Officers, looking back at where the pile of dust once sat, sighs and silently prays that he will not have to do this all over again tomorrow.

The stone figures had stopped moving, but no God gloated. Soft laughter could be heard coming from the dark corner, but no one else made a sound. The silence was held for nearly a lifetime before Elsaan broke with a venomous curse. Monkey! he spat. Storming, off, Elsaan glared at Syl and his laughter before disappearing through the doorway.
Standing alone at the stone table, Luko and Gunto looked each other in the eye. They held each other’s gaze for a few moments before the Fox looked away. So you win, Luko. he said, making an effort to study the game board rather than look at the Monkey any longer. It’s all yours, now.
Surprisingly, Luko laughed at Gunto and hopped backwards onto his high stool. And what would I want that for? he asked. I never wanted to rule, Luko. Could you imagine such a thing? I delight in trickery and my meddling ways—ultimate power bores me. I was in this for the thrill, and you know it, Fox. Foiling the plans of the Twins was my goal, but I never wanted to rule.
Climbing down from his chair, Luko walked deliberately to the head of the stone table and looked down at the coloured pieces on the board. Tilting his head, he chuckled, and looked up at Gunto, catching his eye. You know, he began, I never really liked the idea of one God ruling over the others anyway, did you?.

There is a 2 week wait inbetween games in D&D, I think.
There's the signups for the CF one.
I was actually being honest, for once. I could only harm the undead.
Any messages you guys want me to pass along while I'm at it?
We're all crippled to our seats!
Nom Nom Nom Nom Nom
Are you kidding me?

Game Over - Village Victory
We got a bonus "supernatural" kill everytime we removed a God's piece (Special) from the board.
Oh, and I had to stab Malkor in the back so he wouldn't double cross me.
I targeted Elki but couldn't kill him (presumably he was the necromancer), Red Bird, and Stew_stick.
Congrats to the villagers on the victory.
Note: brains were being eaten!
So James, how did you get the info on the crystal?
It would have given them an extra kill the following night.
However, LaOs wasn't around and no one knew when the vote would close, so it was impossible. Ah well.
I was half worried for a bit, because thetheroo did make calls he shouldn't have been able to. Well played.
I'm wondering that also.
Whoops... the Elder God lied.
Or did he?
Still, a great experience. My first phalla I was a villager who died night two. Much cooler to be a stealth baddie for so long.
I don't get to be outted as evil very often, so It was a lot of fun playing with your brains. I almost got a bandwagon to form on bob, too.
That was well played.
Ha! I thought so. Score, 2 for 3 on evil kills.

Wow, nice!
So fess up - who fucked up and got me killed? Aside from myself, by revealing my role as soon as I got it.
