    I'm not ditching The Sims 2

    I just gotta take a break

    the game gets a wee bit repetitive after a while, ya know

    Also I'm putting in my own vote for Wizardry 8 so it is now tied with Fallout

    The only reason I'm semi-careful in JA2 is because all the mercs have so much personality I genuinely feel bad if they die

    I want to play JA2 pretty badly, looks like tons of fun

    the Commandos series was really fun, too, and I think 3 is free on Gametap now

    JA2 is utterly wonderful

    especially with the 1.13 mod which adds more guns than you or your grandmother can handle

    When I make a new thread I will probably be ready to make more families, yeah

    this'll probably be when the Apartments expansion comes out

    Man, the DS version looks like it actually has some gameplay in it as well.

    You like cruise around in a 2D place fighting dudes and making friends.

    I will do a quake 3 LP!

    Anyway, for reals do Fallout, possibly Fallout 2, even though it is longer it sorts out lots of the interface flaws in 1.

    OR you could get that thing, I can't remember where to find it, but people ported Fallout 1 to the Fallout 2 engine, so you know, you could actually ask your allies to move, etc.

    I was all about the marios back then.

    If I wasn't jumping on some dudes head then it was no good to me.

    Also I was fine with the theory that Mushroom spores of whatever goombas were could be deadly.

    the worst part would be the dialogue, I think

    I mean I could easily run through the game and do most things

    but transcribing all that dialogue D:

    Still wouldn't be as bad as a Planescape Torment run though
