One of the coolest things to me about battlefield 1942 was hopping into a vehicle with some buddies and going to town, whether it was in a tank or a bomber. Are there any games that have a really good tank or air interface where people can work together reasonably well and it's a good simulation (or just plain fun)? I tried Red Orchestra and while it had an alright tank element, there was some left to be desired.
Basically I'd like a tank or flying game where I can hop into a bomber with some friends and blow stuff up. Any suggestions?
