PAX- Penny Arcade Expo, anyone hear of it?

Last time I went (PAX06) I had no fucking clue who was going from G&T. This year I still have no clue who's going. And I barely know anyone who posts here anymore since I live in ventrilo. But still, who's going? I'm interested in spreading germs from all over the world via high fives.

    This is my first PAX, and I'm super excited.

    I bought tickets day of pre-registration, put in for the days off of work, and prepared for awesome. I got my friends to buy tickets, airfare, and we are good to go.

    I don't even know what to expect, other then awesome.

    I dunno how roomy Seatlle Convention Center will be, but it's basically a waft of awesome, then a waft of some sweaty dude, then some more awesome, then some other smelly dude, then more awesome.

    Nah. That's why I'm not really looking at the PAX forum. They give me strange ideas. This year I was thinking Hawaiian shirts, but with the posts that got, maybe not. So either whatever I have for the PAX buttons thing will be enough, and maybe my puffy hair is good enough.

    I'll be going, come hell or high water. I hate traveling alone, but my traveling buddy's wife is pregneant and due shortly after PAX, so he may not be able to pull off leaving during that time. Plus, you know, saving money for the sprout.

    I'll be going though; got my hotel room booked, plane tickets bought and am awaiting my pass. Hopefully I'll be able to run into one of you shmucks this time, having missed you all the previous three damn years. :P

    I will be there, and B:L- if Seung Mina is playable on whatever version of Soul Calibur is on display, you're on.

    I'm offering a similar challenge to whoever's within range of the Hyatt and/or Regency and wants to throw down at Rival Schools or Last Blade 2.

    PAX has a bad habit of being the same weekend as big concerts and this year it's a battle with DMB at the Gorge and Bumbershoot downtown.

    While I won't be at PAX I will be picking up a painting from LewieP's Mummy, so I'll do my best to make sure she's the real deal.
