that one arcade shooter for the 360 that totally rocked now has a sequel! why should you buy this?
* 6 modes of play!
* 4 player multiplayer, competitive or cooperative (4 ships or you can have two guys controlling one ship!)
* achievements that are not as hard as the first game's but still nerve wracking and crazy!
* high scores! this just in, moriveth needs to step up his game.
* new enemies for you to hate!
* also its prettier than the first one
so if you have it, post your gamertag so we can play some multiplay! or so that you can add others in the thread and watch your "awesome high score" get crushed

100,000 in the old one is like 1,000,000 in this one
scores get way higher the longer you last

Well, I only got the first score achievement for the first one, so that''s the best I ever did.
somehow I managed to get Wax On but fuuuuck Wax Off

sometimes i get 75% done just doing laps right from the beginning of the round but then BOOM
working on that helped me improve on the game as a whole a ridiculous amount.
that was pacifism in the first game
now there's a game mode called pacifism where you can't shoot at all, and wax on/wax off require you to run your ship along the edge of the track once, and then one more time for wax off
its hard to do with 200 blue diamonds on your tail
I had a tough time with the first one, but could usually manage, even if the tiny ones would occasionally sneak by and fuck me up.
But this one - oof. The best I've done on the demo was around two million. I feel like that figure should be much higher, but I'm having a dickens of a time seeing shit.
not saying that means you need to be excellent, just trying to remember
Would turning up the contrast and sharpness, and reducing the brightness of your screen help at all? I had the same problem trying to play the first one, and when I watched that video of the new one my glasses straight melted off my face...

And I had one of the higher scores in the group - 250k or so, I think? I can do way better (My current best is just shy of two mil), but I was still relatively inexperienced then.
Will this be hitting the Wii, as well? Cause the Galaxies was surprizingly fun and reducing the graphics by a notch cuts down on the eyeball-melting.

a mode where you do not shoot, and only get points by flying through gates, is giving many people the most points

then they send three full waves from one direction while one is about to hit you in the side and you're fucked
