I have taken courses that were easy as shit, but friends who took a different section taught by a different professor would say that the same course was stupidly hard
I filled my electives with language classes and Russian history - if you can take a Russian history class with films you should be all set, and it's interesting to boot.

Greek and Roman history is pretty fun.
do not do this unless you're aware of the professors teaching style first, and you've got a light workload this semester
The Greek and Roman Mythology class I took was really interesting, but it was taught by a woman in her 80's who could barely work the projector she used to write the notes on. Combined with the worst case of the shakes I've ever seen, her lectures were essentially fucking worthless.
The exams (four of them) were based on the few hundreds of pages worth of material we'd get through in the ~4 weeks before each exam, and since she offered no study materials, the only way to brush up was to skim her useless notes and read through them over again
It was supposed to be my blow off class for the semester and turned out to be harder than the notoriously difficult programming and history classes I took
