Daylight Saving With No Payout

I haven't made a thread in forever so here is my thread.

Daylight savings sucks. It's bloody dark outside now and putting the clocks back an hour doesn't help. What a load of horse poop. Who came up with this ridiculous idea in the first place? Shouldn't we be putting the clocks forwards to compensate for the darker winter? Who needs light in the mornings anyway? God! It feels like bed time already I'm yawning here! I think I'm getting the jet lag. Give me back my sun!!!

    i like the sun in the evening and i hate the sun in the morning so I want daylight savings time, all the time, all year

    do away with conventional methods and slap time right in its face!

    I don't like daylight saving either but the real issue is that we are too far North and have shitty light.

    We need to move Britain closer to the equator.

    We've already had that a few days ago and you know what I did with that extra hour? I set my watch and clocks to tick every two minutes instead of one so in my mind it made no difference.

    That hour of sleep is just a way to placate you so you don't complain about what a crappy deal it is to lose an hour of light in the evenings during the darkest time of the year! Oh they won't get me that way. Bunch of time fascists!

    yeah I typed that even after I looked to see that it started march 9

    and 2 am sunday is next week for me

    how can anyone be mad about early darkness though? it is winter, and night time with fresh snow on the ground is the best thing ever

    Daylight savings for us just means we turn the lights on an hour earlier. No snow, no fucking lie in for ages. If anything that extra hour lie in has fucked me over throughout my life, because it's just the right amount of time to go back into deep sleep and wake up 4 hours later completely screwed.

    Daylight Savings is terrible because it means 9 PM rolls around and it's only just getting dark when I have to go to sleep (very early workdays)

    I'll be glad for Sunday to go by and have it nice and dark
